It's a GIRL

ERIN LEE has arrived. I started having contractions at 10:30 pm Sunday night. After finally deciding to go to the hospital at 4:30, I was not making much progress. At 8:30 am doctor was ready to send me home. He decided to let me stay for another hour just to check to make sure everything was good. When he came back I had made big changes so he broke my water and started meds. I was still progressing very slowly. Then all of sudden I went from 6 to 10 cm and had a baby her in a matter of 30 minutes. I am still in shock that we have another girl, I really thought it was a boy. She had a little fluid in her lungs so she is the NICU for now. She has already made big improvements and will be home before we know it. I hope by this weekend if not maybe shortly afterwards.

35 wks and still counting down:0)

So I will be 35 wks tomorrow:) I am so excited to make it this far. I am hoping to make it one more wk at least, doctor wants at least 2 more. I was about 1/2 cm to 1 cm dilated on Monday. But that doesn't mean much some people stay at that point for weeks. Owen ask at least once a day when the baby is coming:0) He is so excited to have the baby here. Well, at least that is what he thinks. He might think different after the baby is born. We still don't know the sex. Some people think we have found out and kept it a secret. Those who really know me know I would not be able to keep that to my-self. Derek will keep you posted on the blog as my labor progresses. But we will not post the sex here or on Facebook until Mia and Owen have found out.

Really not a lot going on here at the house. Derek has a weekend class next weekend, so the baby will most likely come then. It is just the way thinks work. But I am hoping to make it passed then. Talk to everyone later. Here are some new pictures.
